We give you 30 days to return or exchange your item to make sure it is exactly right for you.
If it's not right, here's what you need to know:
- You can return most items for any reason within 30 days of an online order or a store purchase.
- You can exchange the item(s) with in 30 days, contact us to set up the exchange.
- Can I return clearance or on sale items? No, items that are marked on clearance or sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
UPS Dropoff:
- UPS return code: No printer needed. We’ll give you a QR code to take to The UPS Store—they’ll scan your code and provide a prepaid shipping label. Return codes can only be used at The UPS Store locations (not at UPS Access Points, authorized retailers, etc.).
- Printed label: You can also choose to download a prepaid shipping label, or have one emailed to you, for printing.
- Schedule UPS Pickup: You can schedule a pickup with UPS and have a driver take your return. UPS pickup fees typically start at $6, and you’ll need to print a prepaid label.
- Submit your return and send your items back. No matter the shipping method, you’ll need to package your items (using the original packaging, if possible).
- UPS return code: Take your packaged return to The UPS Store and show your return code—you can find it on your order details page. Remember, you can only use the UPS return code at The UPS Store locations.
- Printed label: Securely attach the label you printed to your return, making sure to cover any previous shipping labels. You can then drop it off at any eligible UPS location. Eligible locations include The UPS Store and UPS Access Points.
